Inhabited solely by the Tamang caste, Gatlang is home to approximately 500 households. However, the post-earthquake reconstruction has posed challenges to its historical identity. Despite this, the village has embraced its new structures, which have a distinct color, attracting visitors who seek an authentic cultural experience and appreciate organic farming.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gatlang is particularly famous for its delicious potatoes, beans, and lentils. Visitors to this naturally enchanting place can indulge in heavenly pleasure. The village can be reached within a day from the capital city, Kathmandu.
